Radiation tube is not only the supporting products for domestic high-end electric heat treatment equipment manufacturers and end users, but also the supporting products for export heat treatment equipment.
The radiating tube consists of an inner heating tube core and an outer protective tube, according to different structures:
1. Internal core: cage type, vertical winding belt, resistance wire surround type, etc. The internal resistance wire is made of Ni-Cr and Fe-Cr-Al alloy materials.
2. Coat protective tube: seamless pipe, coiled welded pipe and centrifugal cast pipe, etc.
Electric heating radiation tube
The electrothermal alloy material used in electric heating radiation tube has higher resistivity and higher electrothermal conversion rate. Because the radiant tube is placed in the casing, the heat transfer process is different from the general open electric heating element, and the heat shield is big, the temperature of the element must be controlled during heating to prevent the element from overtemperature. When the radiant tube is sealed and heated, the surface temperature of the electric heating element is about 100 ℃ - 150 ℃ higher than the furnace temperature. Therefore, in the selection of materials, it needs to analyze the furnace temperature and the temperature atmosphere in the furnace, so as to select the correct heating materials.
The radiating tubes produced by our company often use Cr20Ni80, Cr30Ni70, 0Cr25A15, 0Cr21A16Nb, 0Cr27A17Mo2, KanthalAF, KanthalAPM according to different structure, temperature requirements, cost performance and so on.
Radiating tube design performance parameters:
1. Form: wire squirrel-cage type, wire spiral type, flat belt spiral type.
2． Single power: 1.5 KW ~ 45 KW
3． Operating voltage: 55V, 73.3V, 110V, 220V, 380V.

Axial wave-folded cage type electric heat radiation tube (commonly known as squirrel cage type)
Its structure is that the resistance wire (tape) of the heating element is bent into a "U" shaped string into a plurality of insulating and high-temperature ceramic support plates, with a heat-resistant rod fixed in the middle, through the porous high-temperature insulation in series or in parallel, the radiation tube has a long service life.
Some of the parameters are as follows:
1. General effective length: 900 ~ 2400;
2. General casing external diameter: φ 80 ~ φ 280.
3. Single root power: 2kw ~ 40kw;
4. Single voltage: 30v ~ 220v.

If electric heating wires are bent into a U-shape in series or in parallel with each other, they are separated from each other by sheet or pagoda-shaped high temperature ceramic supports, and formed similar to a squirrel cage. The radiation tube in this way is called a squirrel cage electric heating radiation tube. The radiation tube of this assembling way, because the shielding effect of the resistance wire is reduced, can also ensure the long service life under the higher surface load in the pipe. At present, it is one of the most widely used structures

1. The electric heating radiation tube designed and manufactured by our company is optional for high, medium and low temperature furnaces and special atmosphere furnaces.
2. A new type of multi-rare earth high temperature heating material is selected. The material has stable performance, high resistivity, large surface load, 30% higher design power than the same kind of material, good high temperature strength and oxidation resistance, small thermal deformation, and reduce the deformation of wire. 3. The core material is welded by direct current argon arc welding, so that the surface load, resistance difference and other technical indexes are guaranteed.
4. The heat-resistant insulating material adopts German formula. The porcelain has good thermal shock resistance, high temperature resistance, long life and good surface quality.
5. It adopts steel and jade porous round support, high temperature strength is good, design furnace wire hole and furnace wire joint is small, furnace wire is fully exposed, and thermal radiation effect is good. When the service life and strength are taken into account, the steel-jade design has light self-weight, and the heat material specification is small when the same power is used, which greatly reduces the self-weight of the heating core and reduces the thermal pressure of the core self-weight external tube.
6. The jacket pipe system adopts seamless high-temperature alloy pipe, coil pipe, centrifugal cast pipe, non-metal special anti-carburizing pipe and so on.
Radiation tube is suitable for multi-purpose furnace and rotary body, mesh belt, casting, continuous and other industrial heating of bright quenching, normalizing, carburizing and carbonitriding.

The product can be used in a variety of controlled atmosphere and corrosive atmosphere of the heat treatment furnace, such as continuous furnace, drum furnace and well-type furnace.
